Delicious Local Cuisine

I had an amazing culinary experience at the restaurant by the pool. The food was freshly prepared with plenty of local offerings, and I particularly enjoyed the catch of the day during my stay. Eating while overlooking the river added to the ambiance. I can't recommend this dining experience enough!

Our stay at the resort was simply delightful! Nestled along the river, it offered a unique combination of luxury and adventure. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, letting us soak in the natural beauty of Belize. We thoroughly enjoyed the attentive service, especially from the staff who made our excursions memorable. Dining was a highlight of our visit, though I wished for a few more options. I had a wonderful experience at the resort! The tranquil setting by the river was perfect for relaxation, and the rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable, providing complimentary transportation to and from the airport, which was a fantastic bonus. However, one dinner was a letdown as I received a meal that didn’t meet my expectations, and I felt the waitstaff should have handled it better. The free ride to the airport really added to the convenience.

The attentive service from the staff made us feel completely at home, especially with their personalized touch. While the check-in process could be improved to be more efficient, the overall experience was fantastic. We truly enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the numerous amenities available, making it a great value for money considering everything offered.

I had a wonderful stay at Black Orchid! The location is fantastic, with lots of wildlife around, and the spacious rooms are well-equipped for comfort. The staff were helpful, especially during our river tours, but the dining experience fell a bit short with mixed service and pricey options. The facilities, including the inviting pool, added to the enjoyment, but I didn't find the bed as comfortable as I would have liked.
